Welcome to Hotel Velina. By accessing or using our website (www.hotelvelina.in) and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. General Policy

  • All bookings made through our website, phone, or any third-party platform are subject to hotel confirmation.

  • Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.

  • Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) is mandatory at check-in for all guests.

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in Time: 12:00 PM

  • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

  • All payments must be made through secure and authorized channels (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.).

  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed or unpaid bookings.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund (if prepaid).

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or “No Show” will result in one night’s charge or forfeiture of advance payment.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

5. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect hotel property and staff.

  • Any damage to property caused by the guest will be chargeable at the hotel’s discretion.

  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone found engaging in unlawful or inappropriate behavior.

6. Children and Extra Bed Policy

  • Children below 6 years stay complimentary when sharing a bed with parents.

  • Extra bed charges apply for children above 6 years or additional adults.

7. Pets Policy

  • Pets are not allowed unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • Hotel Velina is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings, valuables, or unattended vehicles.

  • Use of hotel facilities, including parking, is at the guest’s own risk.

9. Force Majeure

  • The hotel shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or any event beyond its reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City Name, e.g., Bali or Chandausi, India].
