All bookings and refunds at Hotel Velina are subject to the hotel’s terms and conditions. Refunds, if applicable, are processed as per the stated policy and may vary based on booking type and payment method. The hotel shall not be held liable for delays or technical issues arising from third-party payment gateways. By confirming a booking on www.hotelvelina.in, guests agree to abide by all hotel policies and local laws.

Refund Policy - 

  • Booking Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund (if prepaid).

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or in case of “No Show”, will result in a one-night charge or forfeiture of advance payment.

  • Early Departure:

    • If a guest checks out before the reserved departure date, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the remaining nights as per booking terms.

  • Mode of Refund:

    • All refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the same mode of payment used during booking.

    • Refunds are generally initiated within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.

    • Processing time may vary depending on the guest’s bank or payment gateway.

  • Non-Refundable Bookings:

    • Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable. Such terms will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

  • Force Majeure:

    • In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen events beyond hotel control, refund policies may be modified or temporarily suspended.

  • Hotel Velina shall not be held liable for any delays in refund processing caused by technical issues, bank delays, or third-party payment gateways.

  • Refund eligibility is strictly governed by the hotel’s booking terms and conditions.

  • Any disputes arising from payment or refund transactions will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts in Dhampur, District Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh (India).
